First, a rotor with scarifying blades creates slits of 2-4mm (0.07-0.15”) and to depths of up to 40mm (1.5”).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2. The material is extracted by the wind vanes into the collection hopper.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. The machine accurately fills the slots with sand, by means of a broad hydraulically powered sand conveyer belt and the stainless-steel sand fill unit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e4. Finally, two oscillating rollers press down on the turf.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e5.
