Shipping & Delivery

What are your standard shipping times?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–4 business days. Delivery can range between 3–14 business days depending on item, shipping method, and delivery location. For more information regarding shipping times and methods, please contact our office at

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we can ship across Canada. Parts and small packages do not require a customs agent to clear customs.

Freight shipping is available for large equipment orders, but will require you to employ a customs agent to clear the item through customs on your behalf. Custom information will be required before the equipment is shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes — a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. You can always login to your Shop account at the link below track and place your orders easily online.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Electrical Items are FINAL SALE.

Outbound freight and return freight is the responsibility of the customers, unless otherwise authorized. If authorized, a return label or return freight will be provided.

Once STEC receives return freight, a review will be completed to ensure the item is unused and lacks any damage.

Once the item has been confirmed in good condition, a refund of the product price will be remitted to the card used for purchase, or as store credit. Freight costs will not be refunded. Please allow 7-14 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.

Are there restocking fees?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

We also accept the following with approval: Money Order, Cashiers Check, ACH, Wire.

Terms available for approved business accounts only.

We offer financing through DLL Finance. Click the link below to get pre-approved.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible.

Orders already fulfilled may qualify for a return with a 20% restocking fee.
