Deep Clean – Effective Cleaning for Synthetic Surfaces

The tractor-mounted GKB Deep Clean effectively lifts the infill, removes dirt and contaminants and returns the clean infill back to the surface to restore the play and visual qualities of your artificial surface – whether that’s a tennis court or a football pitch.

How does the GKB Deep Clean work?

The design of the Deep Clean is simple, yet effective. The machine cleans your artificial grass sports in four simple steps:

1. The brushes lift out the infill material including any contaminants

2. The material is thrown onto a vibrating screen, which separates the material and through which the infill falls back onto the surface

3. Coarse dirt disappears into the collection bins while dust and other light pollution is removed by a vacuum unit and into a dust bag

4. After cleaning, empty the container and dispose of the contents of the dust bag
